Home Life Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of at least six and as many as 20 members, who serve three-year terms. 

Board members are recruited based on interest as well as the skill sets they can contribute to the operation of the organization. The board is currently considering diversity, equity, and inclusion as key components of the recruitment strategy.

A Board Member is accountable for the long-term wellbeing of the organization, ensuring it fulfills its mission, goals, and objectives, and maintains organizational continuity.

The minimum commitment for a Board Member is three years.

The Board meets monthly at our Home Life offices. Additionally, you will be invited to serve on a work committee where you will have the chance to extend your special skills and interests to benefit those we serve.
