Executive Director

Nate joined Home Life as the Executive Director in December of 2021. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human and Social Services from Linfield and an MBA from Northwest Christian University. He’s spent the last 11 years in non-profit work directing all aspects of administration. He believes culture and confidence are keys to successful organizations.

Financial Director

Casey has been with Home Life since August 2017. In her role, she handles all things related to the agency’s funds.

Services Director

Since starting with Home Life in April of 2020, Leslie has been overseeing all services at Home Life, which includes Residential, Supported Living, and Vocational Services. Her role is to support all of these services in different capacities.

Quality Assurance Director

Corey started with Home Life in 2021. In his role, he provides support for Home Life’s programs by working with the Director, Coordinators, and Program Managers to ensure optimal services are provided through compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules.

Human Resources Director

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and began her role with Home Life in March of 2019 after moving to Corvallis from Idaho. She handles all things related to retention, recruitment, total compensation, performance management, and compliance.

Training Coordinator

Sue Ann joined Home Life in 2014 as our Training Coordinator. She is responsible for all of the training including BBP/MART, CPR/First Aid, and New Staff Orientation.

Vocational Services Coordinator

Ross was promoted from Program Manager at Voc to the Vocational Services Coordinator at the end of 2021. In his role, he oversees and manages the Vocational staff, essentials such as documentation, health and safety, and finances, and ensures compliance with OARs.

Communications and Development Coordinator

Lauren joined the team in August of 2021. She focuses on Home Life’s outreach and the organization’s overall internal and external appearance by managing social media and event planning.

Office Manager

Reyia started in August of 2021 and oversees general office operations, making sure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Mike has been at Home Life since January of 2012. If it’s broken, he’ll fix it.

Residential Services Coordinator

Cassie is Home Life’s Behavior Support Specialist and OIS Instructor. She works with individuals and their teams to implement positive behavior supports and trains employees in the Oregon Intervention Systems. She has been with Home Life since 2005.

Christina Tangney

HR Recruiter

Christina has been with Home Life since October 2020 and became the HR Recruiter in 2021. Her main job as the HR Recruiter is to bring quality candidates onboard at Home Life by posting open positions, sourcing for candidates, reviewing applications, performing phone screens, collecting candidate information, completing job offers, and scheduling onboarding.

Cheryl Gault

Supported Living Coordinator

Cheryl began her role as the Supported Living Coordinator in March of 2020. She oversees and manages all staff in these programs and has three program managers who report directly to her. Her role includes supervising staff and managers, compliance with OARs, documentation, health and safety, finances, and advocacy. She is a point person for all things within the program, maintaining relationships with the community members, family members, staff, supported individuals, and our administrative staff.
